My name is Alex DaSilva.  I love the sport of Paintball. I've loved it since the first game I played..  The rush and the thrill of playing such a fast paced - think and move game like paintball tranquilized me and I haven't been able to shake it since.  The best part of my life is measured and experienced in 7 minute intervals.. I've been playing paintball for 6 years.  I am currently playing for Eclipse Factory Red.  We are one of two Planet Paintball Factory Teams.  We are coached by Jacko (Ian Parsons) from Planet Paintball.  We are a Professional Level team, we compete in the National Professional Paintball League Super 7 Man Series.  We also compete and Dominate the New England Paintball League.  We are successful because we practice and drill very hard and are all very committed to the team and our goals as a team. 

Before playing for Eclipse Factory, I captained the Dunkin' Donuts Factory Team.  We were a very successful 5 man Novice team out of Albany NY.  We dominated the NEPL 2002 Novice Division and won first place for the year.  We also won the Dale White sportsmanship award for our attitudes on and off the field.

   And even further back in time, I played for the Albany NY powerhouse, Power Surge.  Surge was the cat's ass in the late 90's early 2000
